We are about 2 weeks away from the Kansas City Raider Nations 4th Annual Picnic!! Its our most anticipated event of the year! It has continued to grow bigger and bigger each year! We are looking forward to seeing the familiar faces as well as the many new faces who will be joining us! We're exited to bring some new ideas to help change things up to help with a little more organization and some more things to do throughout the day!
 

We realized last year we have outgrown the open potlucks because not everyone was able to eat. So this year we will be having food tickets available for $5 a plate or you can make a sizeable food contribution for the amount of people in your party in exchange for food tickets. Those who have already made donations for the food with receive food tickets. 
We will be having several raffles going on throughout the day for some great items as well as a few different vendors with some awesome merchandise. 
 

As always we will be having another school supplies drive this year helping out families who need a little hand up this time of year. There will be a raffle for some great prizes just for donating school supplies. Last year we were able to help out 50 kids with their school supplies lets try and double that!
We will also be having a bounce house and piñata for the kids again this year. Something new we will be doing is having a

 

QB Challenge for different age groups from the young rookies to the seasoned vets with trophies for the winners in each group! And Im most exited for our Snake Pit Challenge paying tribute to the great Kenny "The Snake" Stabler! Stabler was known to party so in this challenge you have to take a shot for each different target your attempting to throw at! For this 21+ contest the alcohol will be supplied but there is a $10 buy in. The winner with the most completions in the shortest amount of time will split half the pot and will win a trophy for bragging rights!
With Special thanks to the Northwest Arkansas Raider Nation DJ Lex will be back on the 1's & 2's And This year from Wichita, KS we will be welcoming the 90 Proof Project playing a variety of different music for us!
 

As you guys know the bigger this continues to grow the more help we will need. With that being said we are still looking for volunteers for just a few hours throughout the day to help make things run smoothly. We are also still accepting vendors for a $50 fee. We will be having a check in table when you first get to the shelter to help you move around and get setup on where you need to be and see the schedule for the days events! It amazes me every year how the Raider Nation comes to gether as a family to get geared up for the season! Any questions feel free to reach out to us and let us know!
